Do I need to swim?
Yes, you must be able to swim. Our qualified instructors ensure your safety and provide a life jacket and helmet.
Can children take part?
From age 8 depending on the route, with an instructor. Children often have less fear than adults!
Best time of year?
April to October on the Dranse, May to September on the Haute Isère, depending on water levels.
